Didn’t last. It was water resistance but ripped after about 10 months. . Not sure if was because of the way my husband mounted it or not. Water would creat pockets on the fabric and we would have to drain so it was water resistant. Really liked it but not sure if wind caused it to rip or if it was due to the way it was mounted.

The size was larger than expected, but does cover all my cement patio. Helps in light rain. Not sure how the wind in winter will effect the tension at the secure points. Make sure you measure twice before calculating amount of tension you want. Liked ability to angle the way I wanted on West side of my house for shade.

This product does what it says. It is rain proof. Just angel it right so the rain can just run off the right way.

Our only tree fell down a couple years ago during a storm. We finally settled on purchasing this. It worked really well this summer! The only downside we had is that we have to let one side down if it’s raining or it pools, so we may end up getting one that’s not waterproof for the future.
