I bought batteries because they had a stronger power to last longer and they’re out of charge within half hour. Is there something wrong with these? Can I still return them?

Can not adjust the heat with battery, always wide open. Instructions say to hold for 2 seconds to turn on, then click for medium, and again for low heat. Battery stays wide open. Will return for other batteries.

Will not work with heated gloves the lights flash when plugged in but will not turn on.Defective, battery!
