I have been using ancor products for over 30 years. The "red" jacket is closer to being pink. The wire is stiff and not as flexible as normal. The labeling on the Jacket does not contrast well and is hard to read.

I needed the best quality large gauge wire to power my off-road race car. I did not need 100 foot spool so this shorter spool filled my needs. I was so impressed with this purchase I ordered some smaller gauge wire I need for my project.

EXACTLY what you need. Very thick cable and thick insulation, it handles the power demands without any problem, and is very easy to work with. Everyone should buy this when they're rewiring their car, RV or whatever.
