Only came with 2 u-bolts and hardware. Pictures show 4, and 4 are needed. Seems well made, and will likely work great once I obtain the missing pieces.Edit: got some u-bolts and got it up, very happy with quality and function.

The first one I bought was quite heavy and "beefy", so this one was much easier to install on a rooftop, working over my head, and definitely supports the two antennas mounted on it. I am very pleased with it.
