I barely put any weight on it and it fell off after 10 uses.

Those with a walk in shower this is a must! So simple to install and use. Saved my back while shaving my legs and added that extra boost while I was pregnant. Strong and sturdy and doesn’t mold or slip! Actually quite large

This footrest exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect size and much more sturdy than I expected. I wish I had bought this much sooner. Highly recommend.

Never seemed overly sturdy so I tried not to put too much pressure on it, but it only lasted a few months before it broke. Love the idea, though.

We have a smaller shower stall in our ensuite, and shaving legs was always a bit of an acrobatic feat (or else I'd give up and just sit awkwardly on the floor on the stall to shave). This changes everything! I cleaned the shower walls, and stuck it on the glass near the corner, where is stays out of the shower spray. It says to wait 24 hours, but after I stuck it on I thought I might reposition it a little, and it was stuck so firmly that I gave up and left it. Decided to risk it and try it right away, and it didn't move at all.The one thing I will note is that the instructions seem to have different ideas about the meaning of "up" and "down" for the installation. I think "open" and "closed" would be better words. That is, the little lever should be as shown in the picture when you stick it to the wall, which to me is down (touching the shelf itself), but is called "up" (step 3). Then, when it is positioned, you flip it upwards (so it's parallel to the wall) to apply pressure on the suction cup, which is called "down" in the instructions (step 5).But just follow the pictures and you'll be fine. Love this! So much easier to shave legs with this little ledge to rest my foot on. Make sure you check the height and location you want before you stick it, and ensure it has a smooth even surface. I was going to put it on the wall, but in the corner there isn't enough flat space for it. This won't work if you have small tiles; you need a tile large enough to have it centered and not over any grout lines.

This foot rest is very practical for walk-in showers that don't havel ledges of any kind to rest your foot to shave. We have large, smooth tiles in our walk-in shower so once installed, the food rest was secure and did not come off the wall. We made sure to wait as instructed before putting any weight on it.The foot rest is bigger than I originally thought it would be, which is a good thing. Even so, it's not big enough to be a problem (at least not in a larger walk-in shower). Given that it's plastic and slippery when wet, I use it to just rest my foot on it while shaving (and not really "step" on it).So far, it's held up well and I would recommend it if you have a shower without anything to step on while shaving your legs.

I couldn't get the suction cup to work at all, therefore I couldn't use it. It does say to avoid grout lines, but that is impossible in my shower as it has small tiles. Don't waste your money.

I bought this while pregnant!! It was difficult reaching my legs to shave so needed some extra help. It's very sturdy and you can put a lot of weight and pressure on it and it doesn't budge. Definite recommend!!

This product is incredibly helpful in the shower. It allows you to raise your foot high enough to wash your legs and feet without the risk of losing your balance, which is extremely beneficial. I highly recommend this item, as it has greatly improved our shower experience.

This Shower Rest is exactly what I needed, but didn’t know that I needed!I have a small, awkward glass shower in my ensuite bathroom. I hate it and rarely shower in there, because there is no ledge to use to shave my legs or to exfoliate my feet. I decided to give this a try.It was quick and easy to install. The instructions were clear and simple to follow. I let it sit attached to the glass for 2 days before I used that shower. It worked great! I finally have a place to put my foot and can shave my legs!! I still prefer my larger shower with a tub in my main bathroom, but this now makes my ensuite shower useable.Exactly what I needed. Great product!
