Received on Friday and canned my green beans in my Mother's pressure canner. This was a summer ritual when I was a teen. Dad picked the beans, my sister and I would string and break them and have them ready for Mom when she came home from working. After supper she would complete two canning before heading to bed.

This unit does not rock but allows the pressure to build. I have cooked with a different style regulator but it does work.
