I needed PoE Hats for a project, come to find out there are not PoE hats for the Libre Computer Renegade boards. Lucky someone recommend these PoE Splitter, until the recommendation, I never know about such a device. The splitter work great. Saving me a lot of space, no need for another power splitter to run my Renegade boards.

I used my existing Cat 6 wiring along with a POE switch to provide USB power to my Blink cameras. Brilliant solution!

I used a few of these to power some Vonage ATA’s from my PoE switches. We take our phone lines with us when moving between our two homes, and this makes everything so much simpler than dealing with the wall-wart power adapters that the ATA’s came with. Well worth the money to only have to worry about plugging-in an Ethernet cable vs. that and a power cable.Been using it for about a month now without issue.

This splits power from network traffic, so if you have a wifi only camera that needs power, and you have previously setup PoE through ethernet cable to the location, this will save you needing to thing about a power transformer or electrical box at the location.I have a few Wyze cameras set where there is PoE cabling, so I just split the power and use the camera's wifi to connect to the network. For those of you with PoE cameras already, this is not needed.

bought these to power some wyze cams I had put dafang firmware on. same camera, same port on the switch, 2 out of 4 worked. it was a cisco switch, and 'show power inline' showed 'faulty' whenever 2 of the poe adapters were plugged in. I changed ports, and cameras (I had 9), even cables. it always read 'faulty' and the cameras would not turn on. seems like poor quality control and I essentially paid $30 for 2 adapters. the working ones are in the attic powering cameras below in the house. no worth returning, but maybe someone else will save some time and money.

I had about 12 raspberry pi 2 that were using a TVs USB port for power. Decided to look at using PoE to power them instead, and these work just fine. Also did a test on a 3B Pi, and then seemed to work fine too.

I bought these to power four WiFi IP cameras that only work on USB power, specifically 5V 1.0A. The power adapters that came with the cameras have titillatingly short cables which are moulded to the adapter, and I didn't want to make it easy for my children to disconnect the power to the cameras or move them around, so I decided to mount them on the ceiling and see if I could use the USB PoE splitters to power the cameras from a HP ProCurve switch. I tested each splitter individually on a 100-foot CAT6 cable powered by the switch, and the cameras booted right up and returned to their last positions with no issues whatsoever.Next test is for my older WiFi routers with a pair of 9V splitters from the same company; TP-Link said it wouldn't work but I think Anvision will prove them wrong.
