The folks that are bashing the noise lvl of the cherry bomb are either restricting them too much or just flat out don't have a clue. There is a reason they were banned back in the day for?...yup noise lvl. I had a set of 12 inchers on my 67 Stang and yes when you get on it they are loud and when you depress the clutch...if kids even know what that is these days they would scream like a banshee. I run this particular bomb on my 01 Dodge Ram 3" to 2.5" out the sides with 4" megaphone tips. The dead arise if I put my foot in it and when driving down the highway 70mph about 2k rpm you still hear them just fine. Great product been around for ages.

Product went on with ease on my 2002 Ram quadcab. Ran it 2 weeks with no tailpipes just open muffler. Was LOUD, but sounded cool at high RPM. Put sidedump exhaust as soon as I could get to a shop and it really quieted it down. Always liked the bang for the buck from this company.

I put cherry bomb products on all of my vehicles, This is a repeat purchase for me. It costs far less than expensive exhaust kits and, In my opinion, Sounds louder and better than *pick your brand*.I always do a self install, Honestly anyone can do this with a sawzall, A wrench, And an exhaust clamp if you don't have a welder.

Really enjoy the sound of it. Got me the exact deep tone I was looking for. Only flaw is the paint. It was all burned off within a week and I ended up painting it black with high temp pain but all and all, I would recomend.

Made my 5.2 v8 95 dodge ram 1500 sound MUCH better than whatever whimpy sounding dual dumped exhaust muffler was on it before...have had this installed for a few months now and it makes it sound so good and throaty and just powerful....how a truck should sound, to me at least :P overall amazing for the price, made me a big fan of cherry bomb as a company. For what it's worth if anybody is worried about drone, I have none at all, it's actually way more quiet of a ride since the old dumped muffler rattled my back window, I had this cherry bomb extreme welded on with two 2.5 inch pipes running straight out the back of the truck, didn't bother paying extra for fancy tips or anything for looks, I was just going for a more old school beefy truck sound, and my used old truck certainly has its share of dings due to its age but still starts right up and drives pretty good, these 2nd gen dodge rams have a fond spot in my heart and the v8 in them sounds....extremely pleasing to the ears

Wow! I put this on my 14 ram hemi, and good lord this thing is loud now. Especially on a cold start. It's pretty tame while cruising and at highway speeds, with minimal drone, until MDS kicks in. I would just manually select 6th gear and it would shift through the gears but wouldnt activate MDS, even with it dumped before the axle. Sounds like a straight piped hemi but with a cleaner, finished rumble if that makes sense. Doesn't have that rasp tone to it. I think this is as close to a muffler delete as you can get, without the extreme loss of backpressure. I absolutely love it though, and with a tune it's even more glorious at high rpm. As far as installation goes, it was pretty loose on the pipe, so I made some pie cuts on the inlet to squeeze it down enough around the factory pipe. I do recommend having it welded though.

I have a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado LT 4.8l V8 and this think sounds mean as hell at idle, slow driving, highway, even when you romp on it! This made my truck come alive! Before I had a Trish Welded muffler amd it wasn't too bad. I cut off the exhaust from the cats back and then put that in replace without a tip and it was pretty good for a while but the drone was terrible especially around 50-70mph on the highway. This Cherry Bomb Extreme muffler canceled out that horrible drone and gave it a definite bark! I would recommend this to anyone who's on a tight budget but still wants an awesome sounding exhaust for their truck!
