They attach to the leveling ring on the bottom of the propane tank, lifting it up to provide clearance for the Tank Check Sensor (not included). The LP Tank Check Spacers come in a package of 4.

They fall off all the time, if you get them on tight they brake.

An awful product. Does not fit the bottom of the propane tank rim. After install, they are spread apart so much they fall off when you upright the tank. A terrible solution. Don't these folks even try out their inventions before they put them on the market? I ended up taking an 8" square of 1/2" plexiglass, cutting a large hole in it that was big enough to make room for the Mopeka device, and setting it into my propane tray. It works perfectly, does not need to be removed when I remove the propane tank, and I don't have to worry about improper fit or falling off. Awful engineering from Mopeka!!!

These work well. Seem a little pricy but even with my complete machine shop I decided it was better to buy than make my own.

apparently Mopeka made these aluminum spacers after the rubber ones disintegrate. Well I don't think these are much better. If you don't press them on firmly enough, they fall off pretty easily. If you force them on too much, they will split. So kind of tricky to keep on. And I've busted several. So now I've got a spare set. And they are also ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Cant really recommend them but don't know else to use unless I fabricate my own from other material

The lift the tank like designed. I now have these on three tanks and after a little trail and error, they work perfectly. I had to set them on the bottom of the tank with a little light tapping from a hammer and then to make them stay, I just used a par of channel lock pliers to squeeze the ends closed.

We purchased these spacers so we could attach a bluetooth propane tank monitor to the bottom of our tank. Need a bit more standoff on the bottom. They worked as advertised but you have to remind yourself to remove them when you swap tanks.

Used these for my tank monitoring system rather than the halos. Cheaper and they work just as well. Just enough clearance for the Mopeka magnetic sensors to fit under the tank. Do need a hammer to install on the tank. NOT a slip/push fit. Will need force to seat them completely.
