Seems a common theme through the reviews that one of the two works. After laying under my car and struggling to get one tap started on the threads on my O2 sensor I tried the other tap and it worked first time. Since half of them worked I gave them half the stars.

It worked for what I needed for which was Cross threaded power steering hose at the rack. It got the job done for me and saved me from having to replace the steering rack.

I liked that there was a starter tap and a bottoming tap. Anything with 18mm x 1.5mm threads can benefit with this tap.

If anyone has ever replaced an O2 sensor, sometimes they don't come out very easily. I tried a thread chaser, but it didn't work at all. I used the 18mm x 1.5mm tap and it worked perfectly. Thanks!!

AMAZON blocked my access to post photos! Not the worst thing in the world as a blind man would need a magnifigning glass. These particular dies were either rejects and/or taken out of production midstream.. These two items both had production slag : stuck in cutting edge and much more in the relief. Absolutly useless.I've been running taps in the worst conditions for 40 years, often used and abused taps by every Union Trade in the book, but i have never seen anything this bad Particualy since it was most certainly never used.
