I bought the car and it was leaking oil. When I got ready to change the gasket on the oil pan, realized the oil plug seat was damaged. Bought this one, cleaned everything up, put the silicone on and snugged it up. Then I found out the holes that bolt the oil pan to the transmission were way off (first picture). Luckily I had a square point burr I put on a right angle drill to elongate the hole so I could put in the bolts. CHECK THESE HOLES BEFORE YOU TRY TO PUT IT ON. Dry fit with two bolts on each end and see if the bolts that go into the transmission line up before you put on the silicone.
