I got this and drove around with it for a little, and it did not resolve my issue. I had used this to replace the old original one as a precaution after replacing the intake manifold gasket, and the truck would still run too high of an idle. I swapped it with the original IAC and the truck runs as it should. I can’t return it due to having missed the window by two days.

The Fuel Injection Idle Air Control Valve and gasket were a perfect fit and a simple installation. The new part fixed the Engine Idle speed surge and engine stall out no start issues.
