I have purchased this brand for other makers e.g. Honda and found fit and function as good as OEM. This one looked look but what a hassle with the plastic clips fitting into the glass holes. They are not exactly like the oem. You have to use a rubber mallet to get enough force to spread the clips as to make a proper fit. Once all said and done seems to function okay without any issues. 4 hours a bit much for what should have been a 2 hr repair.

Don't let the online videos fool you into thinking it's super easy to replace, but taking the old one out is the hardest part. Front drivers took about 2 hours, back was much quicker. Note: you do not need to disconnect the battery, but once you disconnect the air bags from door panel the airbag light will be on until you use a computer to turn it off so I probably should have just disconnected the battery first. You can do it yourself, just takes some effort and time.

was heading out for the weekend in my E83 X3 when I heard plastic grinding/crunching noise from passenger side window. when I inspected the window regulator later, I knew that was the problem (cabling had come loose from wheels breaking). ordered this part from Amazon on Saturday night and had it by Monday afternoon. installation was a bit tough for the last step (to get the window brackets back onto the glass), but just have to keep working it and use a flat head screw driver to assist with the clip that goes into the glass hole.
