Item was perfect. Arrived on time and fit perfectly in place of the old one. Works very well. Only downfall is the sprayer is a solid stream of washer fluid rather than a spray on the window.

This product arrived poorly packaged and mangled. The box was damaged but had it been wrapped in an appropriately sized package it may have survived. The metal was flimsy and bent but I am not sure it would have fit it the box had it not bent. I repackaged it and sent it back as it was in a condition where it could not be used.

Installed this a week ago. Perfect fit. Works as it should. Easy to install. You need a puller to remove you wiper arm (not included). The left nut is standard but the right set screw has to be screwed to remove the old motor instead of unscrewing. You'll see.

Barely even tightened down nut to hold wiper arm on and snapped shaft. Cheap cheap metal used definitely.

The whole end broke off when I was mounting the wiper arm.Product was poorly packaged and the spray nozzle was bent. Product just in a box to bounce around.

I was excited to get the product, I was happy to install a motor that would work, but when you take the old motor off and damage any item, then you are without. This product does not come with any piece of the hardware whatsoever.
