Advertised as a direct fit to my application. However it is and was not.Had to purchase review all similar product descriptions to obtain correct fit.Very unpleased I will have to pay shipping for product return.And then pay shipping for the correct part for my vehicle.

I pulled out my old transfer case shift motor on my 2008 Ford Expedition 5.4 L. It was showing a gear wrench fault code on the dash upon shifting to 4 wheel drive. My transfer case gear selector motor was bad. A little research landed me here. I replaced it with this unit. It took about an hour. A pretty easy job with few tools. I tested this out in the last snow storm we had here on Lake Erie. This unit performed flawlessly. I put it through it's various shift points for the day with no problems. I am glad I purchased from these guys. A good solid unit!

Replaced my oem one with this. She worked fine for the couple times I used it in the snow.

I replaced my transfer case shift motor after watching a bunch of videos on YouTube to help fix my issue with no shift indication on the information center. The only time it would indicate shifting was during 4low. Replaced the motor and still nothing unless the vehicle is moving. Setting still 4auto nor 4hi says shifting in progress. So now at least 4x4 engages on the move but still doesn't when sitting still. I'm not sure what else could be going on but it wasn't the T-case shift motor. Time will tell how long this will last. My first Ford, been a GM person all my life up to this point. Hopefully this Advancetrac will impress me like the G80 in the rear of my GM trucks and SUV's.

Exactly what I needed went I'm perfect. Four wheel drive works good now 2007 Ford Expedition XLT with the rsr tracking system the transfer switch motor has a circuit board attached to the motor if it gets wet it'll screw up your four-wheel drive system just a note for anyone that may have issues with their four-wheel drive.
