We have had very poor performance from these test strips. Not sure why, but some of the strips don’t change color at all even after an hour. Pretty pricey when you have to go through three or four strips just to get one that actually gives you a reading. When we do get one to register a reading, it seems to be fairly accurate based on comparisons with the pool supply store’s computer testing.

I decided yes this was the best value for money because it gave me 10 salt, checking tabs and 25PH checking tabs. I based my decision on the fact that I change the water twice a year and use these testers only during the changes. I also looked at what the expiry was and it expires about two years after you open it, so I figured this was the best value for my money.

I keep forgetting I can get practically anything needed from Amazon! These work just fine. Have a salt water pool (it’s a chlorine issue ~ I’m a cancer survivor & the dog (a golden with cancer risks) and yes, others too. Works well!
