I've used this product before and it worked great. This time the test strip were already expired when I received them. They are of no use when expired.

I purchased two bottles of these test strips. Although these arrived very quickly. THEY ARE OUT IF DATE. bottles clearly state “ USE BY DATE ON BOTTOM”. Date on both bottles is April 2023. It is now May 2023. Total waste of money.

i try using the dip sticks and match the colour's but this is way better i get a number and no guess work .way better and super easy to use.

I took a reading. The clorine was high ph was high and alkaline was high. I added ph decreaser and waited 12 hours. I took another reading. The clorine and alkaline went to 0. The ph actually increased. Do not waist your money on this product. I went through 3 bottles of chemicals and could not get hot tub chemical balance. The reason was this product is inaccurate. I threw product in garbage as it was beyond return date.

Ce ne sont pas les bandelettes mais bien la machine qui lit les résultats qui n'est pas parfaite ! Les bandellets eux sont bien correctes.

The TruTest has helped make a huge improvement to my hot tub. The readings have to be taken exactly the same way every time and sometimes you'll run into bad strips, but that's pretty standard for most tests I've used.
