We have ordered 6 Filter cartridges in Nov. 24 on regular basis. But had the need to replace a next cartridges in January 25. So we opened the sealed box and got surprised because the box contained 5 cartridges only. We placed a claim to water-filter.com and got replaced the one missing cartridge by four spare cartridges.We like to address our thanks especially to Mrs. Krystal of Customer Care Dept. for her quick response her kindness as well as for her actions taken. I have been ordering these filters for 3 years, but returned my last order thinking that I received the wrong filters this time. The design was changed at some point, and the bottom of the filter looks different now (see the two different versions on the attached picture).I have a Jura S9 and the original water filter look like the one on the right side with the open sides. I was wrong to assume that the new design (version on the left) would not fit my machine - it definitely does fit! Other reviewers might have made the same mistake that I made, and simply compared the design, rather than trying to install it.These filter will fit in your Classic Jura S8/S9 and will work perfectly well!

I have not used the filters from this delivery, yet. But, have bought the same filter from the same supplier in the past. Great value. Work as intended (filter the water, without imparting any flavor).

If you're like my house, we actually exclusively fill the coffee machine with already filtered water. So usually about every 3 or 4 cycles where the machine asks me for a new filter is when I replace it. They work as intended with the jura model!

This was described as being compatible with the Jura coffee machine. These do not fit in my Jura and now it is too late to return them so total waste. Do not buy for Jura.

I was highly skeptical at the prospect of getting six for the same price as one brand name but for five bucks each, I had to try. Just started my second filter from a six pack and working with no issues. On MY elderly and beloved model Jura F9, I had no size/fit problems ("just a bit bigger") reported by others. My water side lid closes completely. Your mileage may vary by exact model because they are ever so slightly different from the brand name version I replaced. No odor or smell issues with my batch. Will order again. Well worth the savings. I say give 'em a shot at that price for your machine.

These filters work great in our Jura S9...and are considerably less expensive.They certainly fit better than other non-OEM filters I’ve tried.Will continue to use them.

Bought these for my Jura S-9. After many years of paying a fortune for the Claris brand these are doing the job just fine.The design is slightly different but is accepted by the machine. I think they are made my the same manufacturer as Claris. Just being the first cartridge out of six, I will update if anything changes. Buy with confidence.UPDATE: I am using my second one without any problems Yay!
