Only 1 star bc there are no directions or illustrations on how to use these. Pretty much unusable. If you figure it out please let me know how to attach them to the aqua jogger belt (which I love).

One of these makes a great addition to the water exercise belt I bought. It provides more stabilization in the water than just the belt alone.
