The headphones were comfortable, fit well and I like the ability to adjust the individual earphones, but I had several people say they couldn't hear me. I took the foam piece off the mic but that didn't help the mic quality at all. So I had to go back tothe headset my company originally supplied.

This product is not working properly. Only one side of the speaker is working and another side is not without any physical damages on it.

This headset is great for remote work where you need one. Its comfortable to wear, the sound quality is good. The cord is thick and durable, the buttons on the cord to control volume are easy to see and press. Definitely a quality headset, highly recommend if you're looking for something to last the test of time.

The headset was compatible with my HP computer and was straightforward to setup. The voice quality and sound was good and the noise canceling functionality worked. My colleagues mentioned they couldn't hear any background noise. Would recommend especially if you're WFH with pets or children.

I purchased this headset for primarily for use in the many virtual meetings I have to attend.They came well packaged, and I was very pleased to see that a USB to USB-C adapter was included. This saved me from having to purchase one as my work laptop connects via USB-C and my home PC with USB.The sound quality is excellent, and I find them very comfortable for a headset. I found the ear padding on previous headsets to be sub-standard. With this headset, I sometimes forget that I am wearing them!The microphone works well. The feedback I have received from other virtual meeting attendees is that I my voice is coming through clearly.Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a call-center type headset.

I got this to do call center work and it's been great. Very light weight with ear pieces that rotate to the angle of your head so you hardly know they are there. Exceptional mic quality and produces great range of sound. Listening to music on it now. Comes with a USB to USBC adapter So it can be connected to any Android phone with the USBC connection and used as a headset for your phone. I'm not really sure how long the cord is as I don't have anything to measure it with is I'm writing this review but it is very long I would say at least 8 ft. Wonderful if you're trying to use it on your computer to the point that it's actually so long that it's kind of bird of some using it for your phone but that's not really what it's for anyways. I could see it being good for a truck driver for that purpose. Anyways if you've gotten this far I will end by saying I would highly recommend this and bid you farewell.

Pros:Battery life last for a while. Couple of days or so on standby. At least several hours if not more when talking as well. Not sure the exact specifics but very impressed with battery life.Pairs easily with iPhone via Bluetooth.Convenient mute button on headset.Convenient volume up and down buttons on headset.Convenient power on button on headset. Flexible microphone (comes with 2 windscreen foam pads for mic)Charges pretty quick.Audible sound for powering up when wearing.Audible sound for successful Bluetooth pairing when wearing headset.Audible sound for powering down when wearing headset.Can be worn on left or right side.Adjustable fit.CONS:Bluetooth distance not that great when compared to AirPods.Earpiece can become uncomfortable after prolonged continuous use. I had to switch over to my other ear at times.Dropped connection a few times on Bluetooth but not enough to want to return device.OVERALL: would recommend. great value for the money.
