Second set I’ve purchased and usually stops working after a while. Good quality when it’s functioning. This pair only lasted about 3 months after my first set which was disappointing . Unfortunately price has gone up on the headset so will have to find another c to repurchase but when it works- works very well.

Bought item in Nov 24. Was working fine until last week when the mic stopped working. I have tried contacting the seller, at this stage I have had nothing back.Unless things change I would recommend you avoid the seller.

The charge is good, I think I have to charge every 2-4 days which isn’t bad. I get a lot of complaints of it cutting in and out while I am on calls. I don’t even move around and I have noticed that I have to be closer to my computer for it to work well. If you need something asap to hold you over this will get the job done but it’s not good for long term.

I will never ever buy another headset from any other company. I work remotely and having a reliable headset is priority and mandatory. Earbay, hands down has been the most reliable, easy to use, comfortable, headsets I have ever purchased. I have purchased some of the most expensive and popular headsets on the market and they can’t compare. Earbay headsets connect to everything. They work with Microsoft Teams, and a number of other programs and apps. The cord is strong and provide fast charging. The headsets are lightweight. They’re stylish and come in different colors and sizes. The sound quality is crystal clear and when the company states that it gives you 12 hours of talk time; they are being extremely honest. I can go a day or two without charging and still have enough battery life to last a full day. I have purchased several headsets from this company and have been extremely satisfied with every single purchase. 5 stars through and through.

I was well over my corded headset when a coworker recommended this product to me. I love it so much, I may even purchase a back up. It has easy to use controls on the earpieces. The volume is phenomenal. Noise cancelling is better than the one my employer provided to me. It lasts for several days before I have to recharge it, though I almost always plug it in in the evenings. The range is outstanding. I can move from room to room while at home or around the office at work and it still works perfectly. Finally, the soft, cushioned earpiece makes it so comfortable, I forget to take ot off at times! That never happened with the headset I used before…. I couldn’t wait to take it off when not in use!

I'm loving these headphones! They are comfortable and hold it's charge. I didn't shut my computer down and the headphones remain connected, plus did not use up one single ounce of juice. The headphones was still fully charged. A co-worker has bought them as well and loving them just as much as I do! No one has complained about static nor excess noise and all state they hear me clearly. It will connect to both my phone and computer at same time plus it switches to the device needed very smoothly.

These arrived and where lovely to wear took me a bit of time to get used to what button did what but once mastered was great. Unfortunately the dongle stopped working. I contacted the seller who after a number of emails back and forth sent a replacement. I would give them 5 stars but due to the faulty dongle I have removed a star as was requested to leave a 5 star review by the seller, which I thought was a bit cheeky as this is supposed to be a real reflection and not a demand of the quality of ghe product. I may have missunderstood but dont think so. But that said they are nice for the price paid and the seller was quick to send out the new dingle once the issue was recognised.

I love these headphones. I use them for work and I am extremely satisfied. I have been using them since February so it’s been about 6 months now. The USB did not help with connection so I just use the bluetooth feature and it’s works well. I am able to utilize my mute function and volume buttons on them. The battery is also good. I usually charge them every 2 days after using for 8 hours each day.updated review: my dog chewed on the first pair I owned. I’ve had that pair for about a year. I could definitely see a difference in battery life as they got older but it still gets me through a full 8 or 10 hour shift so i’m not complaining about that too much. ALSO, i will say, they are not noise canceling though so if that’s the purpose of the buy, don’t. however overall great headset and it feel good to not be tied down to a computer by the wires of your headset!!

Edit** I would like to add the mute button is on the actual microphone so it is awkward to mute without calling attention to it by touching the microphone**This headset has been nothing but trouble from the start. Every time I use it I have to reconnect the Bluetooth in my computer settings and even then it’s a gamble if it will work or not. I work from home so I am in and out of the call queue for lunch and break multiple times a day and every time it is a battle to get it to connect for use with avaya and teams.The most worrying part is how slow it makes my computer run. I have never had a headset that makes my computer run slow. It makes me worry what is being put on my computer when I plug in the USB.I got a replacement headset to see if maybe the first one was faulty but it’s the same thing all over again.Usually headsets are plugged in and you’re ready to go, not this one. I am pretty tech savvy and able to navigate computer settings on my own to resolve an issue 99% of the time but I had to get our IT department to try and make this headset work and even they couldn’t do it. My fiancé is getting his degree in cyber security and is currently an IT guy so he was somehow able to make it work but I would not recommend this headset to anyone. I’ve had multiple headsets over the years and have never had this much trouble.Again, I do worry about what programs this thing is running and what information it may be collecting because of the lag it causes throughout the whole computer so I’ll be returning both the initial headset and the replacement.
