I have been using this headset for 5+ years now, they do have great life. They are comfortable, I normally find headsets that are too tight on my head and it causes headaches and ear pain (I wear glasses) and I do not have a problem with these at all!! I have talked about them so much I have about 15-20 coworkers who have also bought the same and are all happy. You will be pleased with this headset. I did run into a headset not working correctly and the company was on top of it and made sure to get a new one out to me ASAP. Very good customer service.

I work from home and I wanted a wireless headset. This is my first review for this product I'm on my third headset. I have received a replacement from the seller for the first headset. The first headset was perfect every thing worked. After having the headset for about 6 months it just stop connecting to my PC. Second headset I received a amazon credit I could not be heard or the caller advised me I sounded far away or like a robot. I decided I was going to purchase the headset again thinking to myself the headsets may have been defective. his headset I can't be heard and the mute button does not work.

The sound quality is awful, the pads hurt your ears, you sound muffled to the caller, headband piece is way too huge it looks like a bucket handle on your head. Calls constantly break up and there's long periods of silence.

I love these headphones! The sound is grand on a low volume setting. I use this because I work from home and it's perfect for a work from home mom. I love that I can run downstairs without this disconnecting. I ran all the way downstairs to my kitchen and the connection was still clear and loud. There's a mute button on the side of the headset; Which is very essential to me being in and out of meetings and muli-tasking with a 4, 5, and 6 year old, unless I tell them, they don't know my kids are there. I absolutely love this! Thank you.
