Overall, the sound quality is great, and I really like the MS Teams integration. When I click the Mute button in Teams, the headset says, "Muted." When I click the Mute button again, it says, "Unmuted." The mute button on the microphone boom works really well, too. When I press the mute button on the headset, it toggles the Mute button in Teams. It's very cool. The only downsides are that it isn't the most comfortable headset I've ever had, and even when I have noise cancellation enabled, a little bit of noise leaks in. I suppose this might be expected with this type of earphones - they don't completely cover my ears. That said, the noise cancellation on the mic is superb. When I record a meeting with my mic on, there is zero background noise recorded. This is true even though I have a heat pump just outside the wall of my office. The reason I subtracted one star is the comfort issue. If I wear the headset for more than about three hours, my outer ears get sore.

These are good headphones that I can use at work when taking zoom calls and such. These headphones are only semi cup my ear which is what makes them comfortable to me. They do not press hard on my ears but I am worried about the material cracking or breaking overtime. It will faster if you happen to sweat. These headphones are relatively sturdy and they are easy to adjust. You do have volume control on the actual headphones. You can also easily turn the headphones on and off. The buttons make it easier to control because you can actually see the buttons rather than tapping on the side. This can use both usb a and type c dongle. The type c is the main unit and can plug into an adapter to be used at a USB A if needed. The cables provided for charging and such do feel a bit thin but it makes it easy to carry around as needed. I do wish they were nylon fiber. The microphone is pretty good and durable. I have had no complaints with not being able to hear my voice through the microphone. You can put the microphone up if you are not using it and keep it out of the way. It does not pick up much ambient noise. I would definitely not say these are noise cancelling as it does allow some ambient noise in on the side of the headphones. I am able to also answer calls with these on which is great. What I like about this is that I am able to stand up and move around while staying on the call. The headset is easy to adjust but be careful as these are meant to be light so it sacrifices a little bit of durability. The plastic headpiece is not brittle or anything like that. Overall I think these headphones are not bad for using at work or answering calls. They are bigger and still pretty durable for the most part. They are pretty comfortable and long lasting where you can use them all day at work without issue. The battery life on these last me the full day which is nice. I am able to move around my office and stay connected via wireless or bluetooth. It is a bit of a high price item though for what you get. I would say these are not actually noise cancelling due to being open on the sides but they are comfortable on my ears and do not exert a ton of pressure on my ears. It has good sound and the microphone is not bad. It does not pick up surrounding sound and my voice comes in nice and clear. It is great for everyday use.

These have been my replacement for my previous headset from another well known brand and I have not been disappointed!- I was able to get this device up and running with my MAC without much effort in a matter of minutes. Just held the bluetooth slider for 3s and my laptop recognized and paired with it! I have had no pairing issues. Quickly pairs back after switching on and there have been no drops.- This device is very thoughtfully designed with respect to the placement of buttons. I was concerned coming from another brand that I will have a learning curve getting used to this but not at all! All the buttons are placed where your intuition leads you to! The volume up and down and pause are on your right back while the ANC mode button is on your left. There are additional buttons for teams app which I have not used.- While I paired it with bluetooth, it does come with its own bluetooth dongle (USB) in case you need it.- I like the fact that this charges using standard USB C (provided).- Battery life has been good for me- I leave it charging overnight and it has never failed me throughout the day. I do use ANC by default (even if there is no audio) for focus even then battery does last the entire day (maybe more but I have not tried it).- ANC is really good! It has two modes- one where you can allow ambient noise and other where it does not. I use the later for focus and I really like the ear isolation.- The headset is so light that you can wear it all day and not feel uncomfortable. Can adjust to any head size as well.- The microphone can be swiveled down or up (off). Love the fact that the microphone auto switches off when you swivel it up! No more mute button!- As far as sound quality, I have not had anyone on the other side complain about how I sound. But talking about sound from my own machine, calls are very clear! I do use these to watch videos and occasionally movies. I feel they are a decent pair for music/videos as well and not just calls. They do have a decent bass for my liking.For me these are a complete headset for my work where I can use it for calls, use just the ANC feature for focus or use it for music! It does all pretty well.
