I would like to see the instructions a little bit clearer and easier to understand. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't take long to figure out.The results app is easy to load and easy to see results. The first few time you use the system it's a little frustrating but you get used to it quickly.I would suggest that if you are going to time a dash type run like a 40, the included tripods are very high. You can't focus them on the runners hand. So keeping the runner in the beam is difficult. Easy enough to switch to a different setting but if you want the runner to start in the beam it's a pain. ESP if you have multiple runners.All in all a really effective system and a deal. I grabbed another gate so that I can get times at 10 yards and then the finish time too.

Absolutely fantastic product and we as a gym have already used it extensively. Very easy to set up and very accurate, Well built and great customer service from the owner. When shopping around, this was the clear and obvious choice.

The company is kind of disorganized. My first order never arrived though I received notice it had shipped upon purchase. The company sent another. We bought it to use as a backup to our FarmTek timer and it worked ok the first time we used it but the next time it would not work within 10 feet of it. When I contacted the company for a return authorization six weeks later, they refused with a reply that I should dump the FarmTek and just use theirs. Not customer friendly and I would not recommend them.

It can do with some features like allowing you to export the times. The gates can be hit or miss sometimes but overall they time my players as needed and give them goals to achieve.
