Was great for about a year, until one day all the oil came out and it stopped functioning.Besides that, the product was a great chest workout and very efficient. Sadly not durable.Would recommend looking for a different brand.

My husband ordered this for himself, planning to use it at work. However, he has enjoyed using it at home and loves challenging me with doing reps. It has various levels of resistance on it which you can adjust the resistance as you build up strength. I am still on one of the lowest settings and still find it pretty challenging. I felt my arm muscles being sore after many long reps. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to work out at home and likes to challenge themselves in building arm definition and strength.

I bought this for a quick arm workout at home. I love it! It’s the best workout and challenges you to push yourself. I heard about the product through tik tok but this seller offered the best price and had the best reviews. After opening the product I see why it’s in great condition and not cheaply made. Totally worth the money!
