Easy to install and working great. Only concern is that there is no way to secure escutcheon at outer holes if you have a three hole sink and need to use. It only secures to sink base by main nut. Comes with a relatively thick gasket but will need to monitor for leakage and possible movement when cleaning faucet or if any water splashes onto it. As a new product, it works great for the price...hopefully that will continue.

Schade.

Purchased in Aug 2020, the faucet head is already badly chipped from single person usage. The other characteristic that I've learned to despise is the spray / stream button isn't spring loaded, so if you use the sprayer and don't remember to turn it off, the next time you use the faucet the sprayer is still engaged and water goes everywhere.

Installed this tap about a year ago and was very pleased with ease of installing, the look and operation. However after a year I started to have problems with the spray head and I took a chance and wrote to the manufacturer and I was amazed at the customer service. They asked for a video of the problem and got back to me to say they would send me a replacement part. Replacement part received and once again works like charm. I have never come across Customer Service like this Company, they even contacted me when the piece was delivered to ask if everything was fine. I would recommend this product 100% because the Company backs their product and customer service is a real pleasure to deal with and very quick with their response.

First let me say don't be scared off by the brand name. Arofa. I have never heard of it. Delta, yes, Moen, yes, Pfister, yes! But I also didn't pay those prices and still felt like I purchased a quality faucet. And this faucet was a breeze to install and was designed with well thought out features. The instructions are illustrated and easy to follow and it gives you the option of using the deck under the faucet or not installing it for a post style look. The collar which holds the faucet to the counter from below is substantial and easy to tighten by hand. No tools required. The only tools you do need are to connect the supply lines to your inputs. Everything else is connected at the faucet already so there is minimal assembly required. The sprayer has a long line so reaching every corner of our large sink was effortless and the weight attached to the hose under the sink was more than adequate to retract the line. It also comes with a 5 year warranty which is better than the 4 year offered by Amazon for $9.99.I really don't have any complaints about this product but here are a couple items of interest.1. The hot and cold are marked on the lever handle hub. If you mount the faucet so that the handle is on the right, hot is forward and cold is back. This can be easily remedied by switching the supply connections and the cold would be to the front which seems more intuitive. Also the markings on the handle are very subtle on the end of the hub so it would not be noticeable if the lines were switched. We mounted ours on the left and all was good. If you wish to mount it so the lever is to the back, make sure you have enough space. Even though this is not what we considered, I did notice that had I wanted to mount it to the back, the handle would have come in contact with the window trim. This will vary depending on your own circumstances.2. We had a PUR water filter on our previous faucet. Unless PUR has an adapter that I am not aware of, it could not be attached to this faucet. Besides, who would want a bulky water filter hanging from their beautiful new faucet. Add to that, I think the added weight would keep the sprayer head pulled out of the neck and that wouldn't be good. I can put the money I save buying this faucet and put it toward another water filter option.I tend to look at the negative reviews on an item before I buy because I want to know what it is people did not like about it. I did notice that there are very few negative reviews on this product. I can now add mine to that list.

I procrastinated for a long time over the choice of faucet for my kitchen sink. Previous big-name brands have been a disappointment, and cost way too much. This one is fantastic. It's very well made, with quality materials and a simple and functional design. I love the matt black finish, which I installed on a white sink. It looks very classy, and less obtrusive than my previous shiny nickel faucet, which was also big, heavy and cumbersome. I've used this faucet for well over a year without any issues. So far, the finish, the cartridge, and the spray head have held up well, and I'm very impressed. The light-weight pull-down mechanism, with weighted and braided hose, is so slick and easy to use. The spray head slips effortlessly back into position with a positive snap and no need for a magnet to hold it. Guide the head back into place, rather than letting it go, to avoid damaging the hose to spray-head connection. The return mechanism works WAY better than the previous pull-out faucets I owned, and the braided supply hoses under the sink are so flexible and easy to mount that it takes up much less space in the cupboard than my previous faucets did. No more tangling of the return mechanism and no more interference of supply hoses with the garbage bin and other stuff under the sink.I mounted my faucet with the cartridge and handle facing forward, so the hot/cold on/off control works consistently with my single-handle shower faucets, and it gives a nice, clean look to the sink. I also like that the buttons on the spray head can be rotated to the back, to further enhance the clean, sleek look. The cartridge works smoothly, and allows for easy control of the flow, which was a constant source of frustration with the touchy and constantly-loosening handle of my previous faucets.A matt black finish can be difficult to keep looking good without water-spots, scuffing, or greasy marks marring it, but I've found the perfect solution... I gently rub undiluted dishwashing detergent into the finish with a soft, damp microfiber cloth to strip any oils. Then I thoroughly rinse, dry and protect the finish with a coating of Trident Pure Silicone Grease, which is clear, lightweight, neither sticky nor runny. I use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently rub the silicone into the finish and wipe it off. This is super quick and easy to do, and it brings out a deep, matt black finish that stays good for many weeks, as long as I wipe away splashes whenever I'm done with the sink.
