I've had 3 of these. All have jammed constantly, sometimes to the point of no return (thus 3 purchased). Won't buy again.

This tacker is totally useless, very weak, no spring back, the last thing they should do is call this a "Professional Hammer Tacker" its very sloppy in that theres no good bounce back that a good tacker is supposed to have and it jams constantly. I have used so many dif tackers over the years in construction and even many of the older "Arrow" models worked way better than this thing, If you want to spend all day clearing repeated jams then this is the tacker for you, on the other hand if you want to get some serious work accomplished spend the hundred bucks for a " Rapid " hammer tacker which is what I did after getting sick of this one. With the Rapid I can bang on house wrap all day long with out it jamming even once which is worth every penny of that hundred bucks. Unfortunately I never even opened the new Arrow until after the return window had already closed so I guess i'm sheet outta luck, I should have just grabbed the " Rapid " brand right off the bat, after all it was Rapid that invented the hammer tacker many decades ago, really solid "made in Sweden" product.

Shouldn't have been so frugal. Didn't last as long as the project I was working on. No way to get inside to fix it either. Don't waste your money.

Kind of chaps your hide when you pay for a new product and get one thathas obviously been used. First thing is that the packaging had clearly already been opened as the stapler comes in that tough plastic packaging that one must cut to open and it was. In addition to the stapler itself having multiple staples jammed in the hammer portion (the area where the staples exit), there was also a half used row of staples in the magazine itself. Very frustrating to pay full price and then have the wool pulled over your eyes. If I had wanted a previously used / returned stapler, I would have bought one. Buyer beware.

Constantly gets jammed and stuck. I used it very little and I had many problems with it getting jammed and stuck also the bar and spring that holds the Staples is constantly falling out while trying to use the stapler. I would not recommend this stapler to anyone. I'm very disappointed with this tool and wished I would have tried out while still in the return period so I could have got my money back.

Had to return the first one when it jammed up and I couldn't get it unstuck. The replacement unit shoots the spring loaded retainer out the back about every 10th time I use it. Very poor manufacture.
