About this item

  • The slot on the motherboard can be directly led out from the slot or placed on the slot connection board connected to the chassis.
  • PCI E 1X multi interface card solve the situation that the desktop computer PCI E 1X is not enough.
  • It consists of two parts, one is the main card, installed on the motherboard through the PCI E x1 interface, and the other is the device card, which has three or four PCI E x1, which are connected by USB 3.0 cable.
  • The device card is used for transfer between PCI E and PCI E.
  • But even with USB 3.0, the theoretical bandwidth is only 5 Gbps (625 MB/s), and the loss is only 150 MB/s in four minutes, and even the single channel bandwidth of PCI E 1.x is 250 MB/ s, so this can give you the most slots, but not enough bandwidth, onl

Therefore, the PCI E slot to be transferred is preferably 2.0 or higher, and 3.0 is better.

I had a fire in my house so I had to wait to plug these in. When I got them hooked up they worked great for a few days and then I kept getting alerts of PCIE failure crashes. And of course this happen days after my refund ability stopped. DO NOT BUY. WITHIN 3 DAYS I M DOWN TO 1 DEVICE LEFT WORKING ON EACH OF THE 3 1 HAVE. IF I COULD I WOULD PUT 0 STARS

Interesting product and the one board I do have works well, it could be vastly improved by not keeping the pcie1 slots closed, as simply cutting the plastic would allow other pci addon devices to be used potentially.Secondly sadly if you didn't realize even though each slot gets pcie 2 x 1 the speed is shared through the bus so you won't be obtaining max use of all 4 slots at once. Running something in one of the four slots while attempting to use something in the other 4 will slow each other down.Cool idea though. Wish my one dead board worked, also not sure why it's USB color is different (green) and other is blue

Build PC 1) PCIe x1 for 4) PCIe with a 4X PCIe USB3.0 Converter Extender Adapter Card Expansion Kit, that can have these four PCIe x1 extender outside of your desktop system. So, on top of desktop, you have up to four PCIe x1 cards that has copy speed of 370MB/s with back end of copy about 80 to 90% dropping speed to 250MB/s, good data speed. This MotherBoard Z370 CPU i7-8700k PCIe x1 is listed with CrystalDiskMark 8.0.1 x64 R 887MB/s W 824MB/s & PCIe x1 on MB copy is ~425MB/s constancy But when I copied the PCIe x1 on this ASHATA card to another PXIe x1 slot on this card has problems on several system failures. So, on a copy ~50GB single file from a 1TB NVMe x4 high speed to this extended card and one finished but file to reload Win10Pro system backup failed start. The other tries of copy to this card loaded up the system with its reset button having DO response at all, that’s odd, had to hold down power button to restart the system. Appears this system is too FAST for this, but this MB is auto on Gen1, 2, 3 or settable on one only

This thing works as advertised. I use it on my mining rig to help me connect 4x gpu's to one pcie slot. Works like a charm with smaller gpu's. I've been using it with NVIDIA 1660 Super x3 + 2060 x1. I like that the main board can be placed in a different location to the motherboard, it helps with overcrowding.

I was working on a way to add more PCIe x1 slots to my motherboard. While the Ashata seemed to meet the need, the performance was inconsistent. I believe most of this was user error. For what it's worth I did have it running and was able to add a PCIe usb 3.1 card that functioned fine. However, after creating a small board to hold everything, I was no longer able to get anything to function. So the potential is there and maybe it's something I did. Four stars because it originally did what I wanted to right out of the box, no drivers required on Windows 10. BTW this was not for mining just adding more PCIe slots.
