This is almost identical to the Vixen rail on Skywatcher telescopes and helped stiffen up the ring assembly on my Quattro 250p and make it easier to handle. The 1/4-20 threaded holes are at fixed spacing rather than flexible slots so just make sure that works for your use case.

Lo adquirí para cambiar el que viene se serie en el Skywatcher Evostar 72 ED y poder contrapesar correctamente. Funciona, pero hay que considerar que es un poco pesado y que no incluye tornillos. Quizás no es la mejor opción para equipos ligeros o monturas Star tracker en las que cada gramo cuenta, pero puede funcionar.

Two out of three were great. One had cross threaded screws, but it was fairly simple to have it replaced at no cost. Great 13" bars to extend my newtonian's mount.

too long even for my 11" sct but worked well for some of my newtonians and refractors. Has multiple mount holes for different length ring adjustments.

This amount is absolutely perfect! I just received a new Meade L65 goto mount that I needed a bar like this to attach to my 90 mm telescope, the length is fantastic and the telescope is more balanced! It has a couple different attachment points to fit whatever you need

I looked at a lot of these, thes plates have it all. They are sturdy, and predrilled. Can be drilled or cut to fit anything. Got for 8" SCT and perfect fit. Will cut one down for 120mm refractor to sell. Thanks again Astromania

I am customizing my main 6-inch refractor telescope for astro-imaging and decided to add an additional 70mm refractor scope in addition to the guide scope and finder. It was a custom job. I needed a good quality rail to attach the 70mm scope to the main scope. The rail was exactly as advertised and required only minor modification (as was anticipated) to make it work on my custom setup. It is a very well made item! Happy with the purchase.

My 72mm refractor came with a short dovetail bar that wouldn't allow proper balancing with a guide scope and DSLR attached. Adding this 33cm (13") dovetail bar allowed me to balance my scope, improving autoguiding. The fit and finish of the Astromania bar is very good. To allow mounting the scope in the position I wanted, I drilled my own holes instead of using the predrilled ones. This was simple with a drill press, aluminum is easy to drill.
