Used this fan on a 1974 Ford Bronco with a 302. Added AC and the fan works great.

Very detailed instructions is truly a complete kit. However it is not kicking off at 180 like it is supposed to.

Converted from a flex fan to this one. I mainly wanted to free up space for a supercharger belt drive. What I didn’t consider was how much safer this kind of fan is, it’s an added bonus. This fan is quiet, and moves a lot of air. The kit was complete, aside from not having any instructions. It operates as advertised. I will require a different rated temp switch, but that is not the sellers fault.

We connected one directly to a 200 watt solar panel with no controller, switches, relays or fuses and it moves a lot of hot air out of our green house. Tough, High Quality. We needed something durable and long lasting. We just hooked it up and it is completely automatic. The more sun speeds it up and the less sun it shuts off. THANKS !!!!!

The fan was complete with wiring drawing etc. So far it seems to be doing its job by starting about 180 degrees and keeping the engine about 190 degrees. I have not used it in extreme heat.

I liked how easy it was to install onto my 2000 Silverado. I had cooling issues when parked in a drive through for more than 10 minutes, because my truck is lifted with motor being lower than radiator, therefore, fan was only cooling half the radiator. So now I have raised the fan shroud, installed new electric fan onto radiator and within fan shroud. It keeps my truck cool and I also noticed my ac air stays cold.

Fan seems decent for the price. Needed something cheap for a cheap truck, and this seemed to fit the bill. Spent a couple hours cutting, splicing, and wrapping up the wiring in to a semi-pro looking harness, only to realize that the instructions are incorrect. Or, at least, contradictory. The printed instructions and the graphic depiction do not correspond, so now I have to go back to square one and start over.I have seen the fan run, so I know it works and moves a seemingly decent amount of air. Now, I just need to get it wired up properly so I can get this truck back on the road. I suppose you get what you pay for: the brand name, higher-end fan I installed on my other truck worked fine the first try. Then again, the instructions were much better. In hindsight, I wish I had saved them to use for this install.UPDATE (11/26/2018):Truck warmed up, fan came on... and NEVER WENT OFF! OK, so it turns off when the truck does, but comes back on with the truck, even when it has sat all night and is colder than my ex's heart. Hopefully it is just the cheap relay that has failed.UPDATE (1/9/21):So, the fan still works fine. The relay issue seems to have long ago sorted itself out (I removed it, smacked it on the radiator support, and put it back). Over 2 years with no drama or issues (from the fan). Added a star.
