Not the same gasket as shown in description. Will not fit 2005 G35. According to 1-star reviews, this problem happens quite often. I had to return and ended up buying from local auto supply.

This fit my 2009 Nissan Frontier perfect and all went well. I'd rather have this rubber gasket then the original paper one....

Well, finally I installed my gasket and filter on my 2004 Fx35. Drove my truck around. Parked it in flat surface and no leaks. I put a little gasket maker around the pan so I won't move as I put it on. Do NOT tighten the screws. Once you start to see the gasket move a millimeter STOP. I recommend this for a long lasting gasket.
