This jacket works as advertised. I use it when I'm refereeing soccer--exact same configuration as the one on Official Sports and a few bucks cheaper. It's clear enough so your ref jersey is visible beneath it. Keeps the rain and the wind out, and it's even warm because you're wrapped in PVC. Somewhat breathable through the back vents, but does tend to get some condensation on the inside if you're moving a lot. but I wouldn't wear it in a warm rain shower. The hood also catches water if you don't have it up, but that's not a problem if you just tuck it in or even remove it (it attaches with snaps). It's pretty sturdy, but you want to take care not to get around sharp objects as it will puncture and tear. I had my first one for four years before I accidentally ripped it; I'd say well worth the investment.

This is a nice looking rain jacket; my husband didn’t work or do anything too strenuous in it…and kept it inside. Three months of owning it later, the arm shredded when he walked outside. Complete JUNK!

This clear raincoat is good. It fits well, allowing free movement. It is a good thickness, not flimsy. But it does not breathe well. Traps body heat.

I'm 5'10" and 170 pounds, the LARGE fit perfectly. Jacket kept me dry while I volunteered as a soccer referee for 4 hours in a heavy downpour. It's transparent enough so my uniform is clearly visible. Material is fairly thick, durable, and slightly stiff. Only negative is arm motion is slightly restricted - I can raise my arm fine to 45 degrees above horizontal, but would likely rip the jacket if I went completely vertical.

Wanted something for rain protection when I walk my dog. This rain jacket is exactly what I was looking for. Love love love it. The materials not real thick but it's thick enough to give great protection. Love that it has pockets I can carry my keys, cell phone etc. in. The hood is great because it has a drawstring in it so you can tighten it. Bought the adult xxl and still have a bit of room in it.

This garment is superb for its purpose. Heavy duty enough to be durable but not stiff. Hood snaps on and off, and it's really well-constructed. Highly recommend for normal use utility.
