The tachometer I received is broken and has a production date of March 2005 (19 years old). Does not function like new as advertised. Not recommended.

Really liked the tach as it matches the GPS speedometer I installed but I found out like the other tach I ordered it is specifically designed for 4,6,8 cylinders. You can’t change the pulse to match your needs.So go to the auto meter website and read the feature points.I have to run a 3694 now instead of the 4498 but the 3694 isn’t flush mount

Used on my 1973 Datsun 240z. It works great, was a little jumpy at first but seems to have settled. I also have it hooked to a MSD street fire ignition and no tach adapter is needed. I chose to cut it up because I wanted to adapt it to the stock 240z location. It responds really well and it super accurate.
