I would not purchase this product. Came without any instructions. E mails to customer service have gone unanswered for a week now. Leaked water all over countertops. Needless to say it is being returned.

This machine does it all—espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more. The built-in grinder is a nice touch, and the milk frother works well. Setup was easy, and the coffee tastes great. It’s a bit bulky, but worth it for the convenience. Perfect for home or office!

After a week of constant use, I highly recommend this coffee machine. The espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and Americans are all delicious! The milk frother works perfectly. I wanted an automatic coffee maker, but I was hesitant to spend $1K+ for other machines that only had 4 out of 5 stars. I took a chance with this one, and I'm glad I did. I would write more on this review, but my cappuccino just finished and it's time to enjoy a tasty beverage. Cheers!

UPDATE:The manufacturer reached out via Amazon after receiving a 1 star review. I still to this day have not gotten a response through my email reaching out with the tech support email provided. But they ended up sending us a replacement machine which did come with all the required parts.We love all the options and functionality of the machine. It brews everything and froths the milk all at the touch of a button. And brewing a cup of coffee in the mornings now seems a whole lot faster and nicer. I'm glad we were able to finally get a resolution because we do absolutely love this machine. I just wish it didn't take a one star review to get a response so we could have left a 5 star review to begin with.Item arrived and was missing BOTH the power cord AND the milk frother. Contacted amazon and was only given the option of returning the device. No replacement option at all. Asked for a credit to my account so that I could at least get the same price to repurchase the again but was once again told they would not honor that either. Emailed the manufacturer directly and never even got a reply from them. The only contact information for the manufacturer for troubleshooting or anything is email. So I can already tell even if the manufacturer eventually even responds it is going to be a TWO WEEK back and forth via email to even get a resolution if anything down the road even happens. So as far as customer support I would highly recommend going a different route entirely.
