I was a bit skeptical at first about how this would work with my small tank aquarium, but wow, it works wonderfully! I'm not looking anywhere else now; I use this device full-time. My betta fish is happily healthy and always right on time for his meals! 😊

I love this thing! It works so well. My goldfish are voracious eaters, often gobbling my poor pleco's algae wafer. I've tried all sorts of things including randomly sneakily dropping a wafer at all hours at night, but the goldfish can sense my footsteps and soon the algae is gone before the little guy can eat it.This auto feeder is nearly perfect. Except for an occasional wafer getting stuck, my little pleco has not starved to death and is healthy and happy.I plan on getting another auto feeder for vacation feeding soon.

Testé depuis 4 jours, ce distributeur fonctionne parfaitement. Il y a quinze compartiments, donc 15 repas. Donc si on donne 2 repas par jour, l'autonomie est de 7 jours. La programmation est très simple. On peut programmer 3 repas par jour et pour chaque repas on peut aller jusqu'à trois doses. Je vais certainement en commander un deuxième pour pouvoir donner un deuxième repas et partir tranquille pendant 15 jours.

Nicely implemented device. It has simple construction, but good design. Better than feeders that rotate a round container with food during the day and wait till a piece falls out of it. This one has separate bins for each day and you can "control" how much food this thing will drop in the morning and in the evening.You can set up up to 3 feeding period. If you hold "up" button it will enable 8 am, 8 pm default settings, nice feature to quickly configure the feeder. The feeder has 14 bins, so it allows you to leave for a week if you set up 2 feeds per day. I tested for few days and the battery indicator was still 4 out 4, the instruction says it is up to 30 days (but I believe it depends on number of feeds per day you have), it looks like it for sure can stay for a week without additional charging.But the device also has USB-C port, so you can conveniently connect it to a power source or power bank... which allows you to recharge the thing without removing it from aquarium, but you're still limited to 14 feeding bins, so you can be out maximum for 2 weeks anyway, but I think it's more than enough for a typical vacation.

When it's charged it works perfect.But unfortunately after a bit over a month of use it no longer charges. Tried several usb-c cables and chargers, so the fault must be in the feeder

Upade August 25, 2024. I have beenon several weel-long trips and this feeder has worked great. Until it didn't. I was gone for a week and it seems the feeder only worked once although it is set to feed 2x/day, every day. Turtle is fat and healthy so she survived. I charged and filled it before I left so maybe a piece of food was wedged where it should not have been. I would highly recommend that you test it/watch it feed before you leave for an extended time. The plastic separator can be removed for cleaning so you can make sure food has not gotten wedged. Other than this, assuming it functions properly going forward, I still love this feeder.My turtle loves to eat. I am going to be away and needed to figure out a way to keep her fed.I thought the food slots in this feeder were very small but due to the positive reviews, I decided to risk it.This device is great. Food slots are the perfect size and I love the options to select how often and how much to feed. You will need to simultaneously hold the up/ down arrows to select the days to feed. The system is shipped in the default mode, feeding every day.

I've bought many automatic feeders over the years. They all were not great. The spinning hopper types never feed the same amount and any humidity renders them useless when the food gets damp. Found this one on Amazon and gave it a try. IT WORKS. Only had it for a few weeks but the individual compartments and the way it's discharged work great. The food dose is exact and always made it out of the feeder. Much easier to program than all my past feeders. It can sit flat on top of the lid like mine or screw into the side. 5+ stars. Rechargeable and after one week the battery is still full.

Tried several auto fish feeders, and the others (esp the ones that look like the shape of a gun dispenser) will dispense way too much food, which is a nightmare if you're using this for a trip and don't have anyone else to care and feed for your beloved pet fish. I like that you can determine how much food per feeding will be dispensed, and you can set a timer so that it feeds three different times throughout the day (or you can opt for just once).The other autofeders that I tried requires you to attach the feeder to one of the aquarium walls, which didn't work for my setup because I have fish that jump, and so, I prefer a lid over my aquarium. This feeder is excellent if you use a lid and it has a feeding hole. To do this, I placed it right above the feeding hole, and it dispenses pretty well at the time(s) you set. If you prefer to afix the feeder to your aquarium wall, it comes with a screw and stand so that you can do that too. I like the versatile options! It is wireless and charges pretty quickly, and the charge lasts a long time. The last time I charged it was almost 2 weeks ago, and I haven't had the need to charge it yet.One caveat is that though it works really really well, you might need to train/condition your fish that the food will come from the feeding hole if you don't use the hole on a regular basis or an autofeeder. After a week or so of training my fish, he knew to come up in the morning for his food. Otherwise, the food would've just floated away, dirtying the water.This autofeeder is exactly what I was looking for in terms of ease of setup, reliability, and amount of food dispensed. This will save me time and money from asking friends or others to stop by and care/feed my fish. When traveling and no one is checking on my fish, I set up a Blink camera to ensure all is well with my pet. The Blink camera and this fish feeder are a game changer for anyone looking for an auto feeder!

I recently went on holiday for a fortnight, and used this feeder to feed my two fancy goldfish whilst I was gone. I had no one to look after the fish whilst I was away and was very anxious that this would work. I tested it a few weeks before I left and it worked a treat. The battery life is excellent. I noticed that the battery bar went down one bar in around 3 weeks which impressive. You can set it to feed 1-3 times per day at whatever times you want. It is simple to operate. The food also stays dry. I used an array of pellets and nothing got wet or stuck. The feeder is clamped on to the side of the tank but be sure not to clamp too hard as it may leave a an impression as it did with mine, but other than that I would say this is money well spent and I will be able to go away worry free in future.
