Stop breaking knuckles or sliding a small screwdriver inside a hose to try to break it loose...this tool works really well on old brittle hoses and new ones. I've spent years busting knuckles removing stubborn hoses in tight places without ever thinking to look for the proper tool. So often the proper tool makes the job faster and easier. That is definitely the case with this hose tool. It's not something you might use everyday but it's in-expensive enough to keep in your tool box ready when you need it. The tool has rubber coated handles and pivots enough to break loose a stuck hose. It won't fully remove a hose unless the flange is short but it breaks hoses loose enough to let you remove it the rest of the way. Great tool to have in your collection!
