1. Open the engine hood and hang the testing equipment on the fronthood of the engine.
2. Open the access port of the system that needs to be tested andseamlessly connect the dedicated testing connector to the systembeing tested. lf there are multiple open outlets in the inspected system,please plug them with corresponding rubber plugs.
3. Connect the conical quick connector on the smoke outlet pipe of thetesting equipment to the special connector of the tested body.
4. Connect the testing equipment with a DC12V battery: red with positiveelectrode and black with negative electrode. Do not connect in theopposite way.
5. When the battery is correctly charged, the flue gas pump will startworking and fow out air.
6. Tum on the front power switch of the detection equipment, and thedetection equipment will input smoke into the inside of the tested bodyat a speed of 6L/min. After the pipeline is filled with smoke, the leakagepoint will leak smoke outward.

This is a basic smoke machine but wayyyyy better quality than others. It has its own compressor which is great compared to the other one I bought. This produces smoke quickly and this works so well. I am pleased

My smoke machine came covered with manufacturing dirt. Worse, they clearly didn't clean any of the parts before assembly either — the inside of the oil fill port is covered in some kind of grit, presumably from the manufacturing process. And there doesn't appear to be any sort of fuse to protect the machine from internal electrical faults.But worst of all is that instead of using a standardized 12VDC power inlet port, they've repurposed an IEC 120/240VAC connection — the same connector that most standard computer power cords that plug into the wall use! this is completely unsafe and I don't see how this machine is allowed to be sold in the US. it would be extremely easy to apply 120V wall power to the machine by mistake.In light of the poor quality control and poor electrical safety, you should not buy this smoke machine.
