It does what it's supposed to do however the dumb logo is big and distracting when you're trying to hit the right blade angle.

This stone does what one would reasonable expect. To me that means it cleans up moderate to heavy used cutting edges nicely. I keep all my blade edges well maintained, so I cannot speak to how well it works to recover a damaged edge, but experience tells be it would likely do the job (within reason). Great product. I wish I had purchased one sooner.
