The unit (SP-82, they use SP-83 main board for those units) worked fine for 7+ years (came with the house). When it failed one of the relays was buzzing (not sure which one). I powered the unit off and on. The buzzing stopped, but relay on the front panel board started clicking (1-2 clicks/sec). I decided to replace. The replacement went well, but beware, the terminals marked "ISOLATED END SWITCH" (24v, going to boiler control) are now at the top of the device. The "SYS PUMP" terminals (120v) ended up in their place at the bottom (if counting from left to right). When replacing the unit I connected the wires as they used to be and ended up with 120v fed to the boiler control. The 15A circuit breaker tripped, but fortunately there was no permanent damage and everything worked ok after reconnecting it the new way.
