They are very very bad quality. The cotton tip never stays on. I use these myself and although I'm very careful I poke my ear because the cotton peels off right away. I cannot even imagine using this on a baby. It'd be seriously dangerous.

The swabs do not look 100% cotton. They smell like chemical substance. I wish I can return them but the return windows has passed.

I don't have babies. I do have one cat with Ear mites. These are great with or without hydrogen peroxide for cleaning his ear. The individual plastic boxes that the ear swabs come in are handy too.THANK you for a fine product.
