The back brace arrived in a timely fashion. It is a very soft, light weight material and is easy to use. The instructions are bare bones, but this page and the reviews were valuable. It has a good stretch component to it with the inside being velvet which is comfortable. The removable lumbar cushion is a good add. I have been using it for hours per day without any issue. It has helped my lower back pain.

As a fitness enthusiast, I always have lower back pain after my workout sessions. I’ve tried all types of back support but haven’t found anything that works. I was pleasantly surprised by this back brace. It has helped me to maintain my posture. The fabric is breathable and doesn’t make you sweat because of the mesh lining which is on the center. It has helped me maintain my posture and my pain has reduced tremendously.
