Well, I'm just not really sure yet what I think about this rotating cushion. I don't think it's exactly what I thought it would be.For the price, $40 plus, I expected more and better. This cushion is much smaller than I expected. I have a wide derriere, and feel like I'm just teetering on this. Almost like playing a balance the butt game.I'm a member of the elderly crowd and supposedly that's who this is made for. It is well made with what seem to be quality materials. I have other items from this brand and all have been great. This needs improvement if we elderly folks are gonna use it safely.The main issue I have is the size of it. If it were a bit larger, it would be helpful to me. I drive an SUV and as I get older and more arthritic, I have difficulty getting in and out of it. I have to move the cushion until I'm actually in the vehicle because it makes my destination, the seat, even higher. Once in, I try to lift myself up and slide the cushion under me, which isn't easy at all.If it were a bit larger in diameter, it would help. As is, it's like a watermelon, my rear, trying to balance on a coin. The cushion is centered under me, but most of me is hanging off the sides. I don't feel very safe.Getting out of the vehicle, using this scares me. I do love how easy it makes turning in the seat for me. That part is spot on. But when I start to get out of the car, I'm so afraid I will fall.Overall, it's not been what I wanted. I've only used it a few times, so maybe I just need to get more accustomed to it. I will keep on using it - I need to break it in and determine whether or not it's actually helpful. I'm not making any recommendations either way. It depends on so many things - butt size, seat size,car size, etc. I do think it's a bit overpriced.

My mother is older and mildly (not hugely) overweight. She also has one bad knee that hurts a LOT to lift. I got this and she happened to stop by while I was getting it in my car. My car is lower than her car, so after I tried it, she was curious, and I had her try it out. This dramatically increased her ability to get in and out of the car. In her car, where she is a bit higher off of the ground, this was a hit! A few important factors to keep in mind. The height and size of the cushion is minimal. It does not even raise her more than the 'side cushion' area of her driver's seat. So, this is NOT a good lift for someone looking for extra height due to short issues. I believe that this is intentional because this ensures that you don't go driving down the road and suddenly find yourself going 'ring around the rosy' in the middle of the freeway. It is stable and functions as a normal seat due to its small profile. But when you are parked, you can shift your weight to get torque to spin on it. This made my mother's exit WAY smoother because she only had to put in the effort to lift her leg, without having to put the extra strength into holding it up and swinging over and outward of the car. She lifted her leg straight up, used the cushion to spin, and she was out. The price to me is a bit high. But I don't suffer from the types of problems that my mother, or other people have to deal with. If you suffer from pain getting out of your car every day, every stop, and this can relieve that, I imagine that you would feel like it was worth it.

I drive for work in logistics and this feels great as it allows low effort to get in and out of the vehicle as it swivels. The pillow is great as it is memory foam. It fits great is just about anything vehicle seat that is not the bucket style. Just the right height too. For what it is worth, it is a good buy. Overall functionality and comfort met my expectations. I also use this on my workbench stool.

I can see this being used as an indoor aid for seating that requires swiveling to get seated. It can also be used either for drivers or passengers in any vehicle. The thick cushion raises you up, and the swivel action makes it easy to get in and out of the vehicle. It is small enough to fit in a seat with raised sides that aren't quite bucket seats but close. This is a great aid if you have back, hip, knee, or leg issues that make it troublesome or painful to twist to get in and out of a vehicle.

Less expensive than other similar items on Amazon but not very high quality.There's really nothing wrong with this seat cushion as it meets all the requirements it stated it has in the description. I gave it to my elderly mother to try and she stated "I feel like I'm falling off the edge of it." (I think she prefers the larger 24" or so cushion that she doesn't hang over the edge of and doesn't like the rotation feeling.) My issue is the 3 components that make up this pad are all available on amazon for far less than the $50 they are charging. The exact same black plastic "lazy susan" is only $7.99, (And will likely crack the first time it gets cold or has uneven pressure applied on the soft seat of a car. I have an identical turntable/lazy Susan in my shop I've used for several years - on a hard surface - and even that has a crack as well.) the 2" furniture foam circle and 1" memory foam upholstered insert can be had in any number of colors for roughly $25.00 total. add some glue or double stick tape on your own and you just made this exact product for just over half the cost for the effort of applying some glue or stickers.
