This was to replace a lock put on just 6 years ago bought at a box store that cost 225.00. This lock is heavy duty and the lever mechanism is smooth and quiet. The deadbolt comes with a heavy duty strike plate and screws. It added weight to the door and makes it swing smoothly. I would definitely buy again.

This is the second door handle I ordered. The forst one claimed to be adjustable but I could not get it to fit my door. This item worked perfectly. Instructions and adjustments were easy to follow.

I highly recommend watching the video for installation. Then it was fairly easy. The written instructions were a bit clumsy. The handle can be stiff. We chose the especially because of the key hole cover.

Nice clean modern look. We put it on french doors on a blacksmith's shop we are renovating.One word of caution is it's not the easiest of installations but if you carefully read the instructions (very unmanly) you'll get it done.I did run into one problem: the deadbolt strike plate was larger than the provided opening in the fiberglass door and it requires 4 screws whereas the standard strike plate opening on doors is 2 screws, so I had to use an old deadbolt strike plate from a Kwikset and painted it to match.
