I’m shocked at how generously sized all four of the pockets are on these women’s shorts. Not quite large enough for my large phone, but otherwise plenty roomy for things like ID, keys, cash, cards, tissues, etc, and still have room to spare.The length is where I like it for shorts, falling about mid-thigh instead of the shorty-short length of many other workout shorts. They’re also very comfortable and lightweight, perfect for a walk or run around the block or a gym workout.However, note that when I first opened the package, these shorts stunk! A strong chemical smell. After one wash the smell was gone, so not too big of a deal, but definitely worth including in this review.

Extremely comfortable. Great pocketsGood quality. I'm 5'5 and they hit my knee which I wanted. I don't like wearing short shorts so I love the Bermuda length. I'm 245lbs and these are stretchy enough to fit comfortably. Had I wanted a looser fit, I could've gone a size up and still would've looked good and been comfy. Can't wait for summer and my trips to the river/lake with shorts i can wear all day.

If you are looking for a longer/Bermuda length pair of sports shorts, this pair from BALEAF is a good choice. They have a 9” inseam and hit above my knee. (For reference: I am 5’4”, weigh 135 pounds and typically wear a M in sports shorts.) I got the medium and they fit great. Shorts are well constructed and comfortable to wear. They wash and dry well with no special care instructions. All 4 pockets are great and large enough to hold my iPhone 16. Waist band is a wide elastic with a functioning drawstring for cinching tighter if needed. Fabric is stretchy. I got the navy and it is a nice color. The only thing I am hesitant on is the V-shaped side slits. I think they make these shorts look more like running shorts than hiking shorts (the purpose I got them for.) I know side slits help with movement, but I feel that the leg openings are plenty wide and a slit is not needed for movement.

I like the quick dry and quality of the material. The material is lightweight and should be comfortable for outings on even hot days. These shorts are good for outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, etc. I love the pockets and the length.

I LOVE THESE SHORTS ~ THEY ARE VERY WELL ADE WITH NO UNEVEN SEAMS AND NO LOOSE OR HANGING THREAD ~ THESE ALSO RUN TRUE TO SIZE FOR REFERENCE I AM 5' TALL AND WEIGH ABOUT 5' TALL AND I USUALLY WEAR A XS/S AND SO I WENT WITH THE SMALL SINCE THERE WERE NO XS AND THE SMALL WERE FINE. PLUS THEY HAVE A DRAWSTRING SO I CAN TIGHTEN THEM TO WHERE I NEED THEM. I APPRECIATE THE LONGER INSEAM. I CHOSE THE COLOR AQUA BLUE AND THEY ARE VERY VIBRANT. I WASHED THESE ON COLD AND DRIED ON MEDIUM AND THESE DIDN'T SHRINK,FADE OR PILL. THESE ARE GOING TO BE GREAT IN THE SUMMER. THE MATERIAL IS SOFT AND LIGHTWEIGHT. GREAT FOR THOSE HOT SUMMER DAYS. NOW FOR SUMMER TO JUST GET HERE.

These shorts are EXTRA spacious and long (and run large in size). Fortunately, they look unisex, so I gave them to my husband to wear when working out and cycling. It has nice pockets, good material, and is well constructed.

I have few items from BALEAF since they are well made, quality clothes. While I like the quality of the clothes, I have found with this brand I have to go up one size for them to fit. The same is true of these shorts. I went up one size and they fit perfectly. They are lightweight and comfortable. They have 4 pockets and 2 of them have zippers to keep all items secure. The length is good - not too short and not too long. They are great for working out or just hanging out. They come in a few colors but as usual, I went for black and they are a true dark black. They are a bit expensive for shorts, but they are of high quality and I expect that they should last a long time.

I am so tired of women's shorts with either no pockets or useless pockets that are so shallow and ill placed that they are worthless. These are deep and wide enough to easily carry a phone, small wallet with credit card and ID and a tissue or two. Actually, they would fit more than you could comfortably carry. They have a wide elastic waistband that is sewn through so it will not twist, which is another big plus because I have several that do and it's a royal pain getting them untwisted. You also have a drawstring so once you have a comfortable fit, it will stay put. They are completely opaque and roomy so it's not like you are wearing a second skin or - much worse - a semi-transparent second skin. At my age, no one wants to see that. They are comfortable, lightweight and great for a walk or a run around the neighborhood, or exercising in the gym. I really like them.
