This Banjo HB075-90 barbed hose 90-degree elbow is made of glass-reinforced polypropylene and has a 3/4" barbed connection on one end and a 3/4" male NPT threaded connection on the other to connect a tube or a hose to a female NPT threaded connection at a 90-degree angle to change the direction of flow. This schedule 80 elbow is made of glass-reinforced polypropylene for rigidity, lightweight, dimensional stability, and resistance to high impact, heat, corrosion, and most chemicals. The barbed connection creates a tight seal on a tube or hose, and the male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded end connects with a female NPT threaded connection. The integral 1-1/8" hex nut provides a gripping surface for a wrench when tightening the fitting. The maximum working pressure for this fitting is 150 pounds per square inch (psi) at 70 degrees F. This barbed hose elbow is suitable for use in agricultural and industrial systems for liquid flow applications.

I am using these 90 degree polypropylene elbows in my four plant hydroponic recirculating deep water culture screen of green garden setup. Specifically, I am using them where the reservoir discharge hose meets the plant site bucket. Nutrient solution comes from the main reservoir on a horizontal plane, via a hose, and then transitions at the bucket lid, via a 3/4" ID threaded bulkhead, to a vertical plane where it meets up with a venturi to deliver an air-infused recirculating nutrient solution. This venturi setup, along with, humic acid, mycorrhizal inoculant and four huge air-stoners per plant site, make for a very healthy robust root zone.

I would have just purchased this from Home Depot, but I wanted it in black. I did end up getting a white one from HD because this one was delayed in arriving - not the seller's fault though, they shipped it the same day I ordered. Anyway, ends up it's a much better quality product than what I picked up from HD. Very well made. Nice tight fit with the 3/4" ID PVC tubing I am using in my application.

Use it in combination with Banjo TF075 bulkhead connector.Both are very high quality parts. Better than you'll find at any local HW store.
