Let me start by saying that I'm pretty happy with this thing. But it isn't as easy as they make it seem.I ma very happy with the simplicity of it. But it can be tough to figure out how big of a circle of dough you need. I found that using the maker itself as a template worked okay. I pressed it into the dough and then cut sort of half way between the two rings it would leave. Cutting your dough to the full diameter of the maker is too big, but the inner ring is too small.It sometimes sticks after pressing them into shape, all the little fingers will sort of stick and you may have to manually retract each one, depending on your dough. But I'm sure that was more a problem with my dough rather than the maker itself.All in all, I was able to make steamed bao buns using this thing and it worked well enough. It does work and I'm pretty happy with it, it's just not as simple as they make it sound.
