It is very easy to use, the rollers are adjustable by just turning a knob you can modify the thickness of the dough to obtain precise sizes from very thin sheets for fresh pasta or thicker thicknesses for empanadas even for pizzas. The material gives the feeling that it is of good quality and durability.

This item is so cheaply made. It starts out with taking it out of the box is wrapped with a plastic you can’t remove fully. handle does not stay in place dented when I receive it out of the box. Very noisy very difficult to adjust roller. Just not a very good product at all.

For the price, it a steal. As an entry level chef, I didn’t want to invest a lot on cooking tools. Well packed and protected with film. Easy to assemble and use. Setting knobs makes it easy to adjust with pull.
