I’m new to making pasta and thought this would be a great way to dry my noodles and it works really well. Easy to put together and easy to clean. I love how it comes apart so it makes for breaking it down to store really easy. This holds a lot more than I anticipated and think my next round of noodle making it can hold even more. But as a beginner to this I think this was a good item to have and think it’s a reason price for it as it holds a lot.

It’s a starter set for sure and it’s a good idea if it was made a bit better. The set came without a box, simply wrapped in a bubble wrapped enveloped like someone returned it. The dowels did not fit well into the holes and would wobble. So disappointing when trying to hang the pasta and the sticks fall out. The shape cutters are ok, press hard to get a good outcome. Overall, it works just not that well.

I wanted to learn how to make my own pasta. using my own sourced ingredients and keeping things healthy and cleaner. This being made of wood is nice, easy to setup as well. I'm not quite sure how to use all the tools included, but they are pretty high quality. The base of the whole thing does spin which is nice, and its easy to take apart and store somewhere.
