This works well and feels great after use. Seems like a great buy for how many times I could use it, would definitely recommend.

I have a 40 year old softball glove that I love. I've restrung it a couple of times, but the leather became a bit cracked. This stuff is almost magical in conditioning the leather. Very easy to apply, and it really restores old leather well. One cautionary note: I left it fully greased up in an unventilated closet in the basement for the off-season, and the glove got a bit of grey something (mildew?) on it; no problem, it wiped easily, I reapplied the wax, and the glove works so well that I can't blame it for dropping popups.

The photos speak for themselves for the most part!I have a pair of worn leather boots and really like the worn pattern. However, I tried using a Mink Oil designed for leather boot conditioning and waterproofing and it SUPER DARKENED the leather. It completely eliminated all of the patterning everywhere and made it all a super dark brown. Not so with this mixture of castor oil, beeswax, and shea butter. This stuff is more like a lighter cream. I used a soft cloth to scoop small amounts out and then rubbed it into the leather and then used a clean cloth to buff the leather a little. You can see that this conditioner just very lightly darkened the patterns so you can see it's moisturizing the leather but it's basically just not waterproofing as well because it doesn't penetrate as deep. The mink oil is a pure liquid that pours out. This tube is definitely a wax consistency so it's a lot more like shoe polish if you've ever used thick shoe polish to polish leather dress shoes. This stuff is great! Yes, like I said, not a pure 100% waterproofing since it doesn't penetrate as deep as an oil but that's what I needed because the other stuff made everything way too dark! This stuff leaves a nice smooth and buffed finish and it's definitely waterproofed to a good extent.Highly recommend this for alternate leather uses! Well worth the price! 5/5 from me!Also - adding a side note - this stuff is the exact same ingredients as Rhino Wax Leather Conditioner. It just comes in a tube instead of a tin so that it's easier to apply to a baseball/softball clove while it's on 1 hand. Really like having the tube as an application tube.

I’m no stranger to Rhino glove care products, and this is the second tube of their Glove Conditioner I’ve ordered. I previously ordered their Baseball Glove Maintenance Kit in which it was included. The kit also included, as a first step, a cleansing Glove Oil, with this, the conditioner, as a final step. I liked it so much that I took the Conditioner to a game for my softball team to use, and it got used up; everyone seemed to love it.The Rhino Glove Conditioner is supplied in a twist tube form, similar to a deodorant. It’s made from four simple natural ingredients, castor oil, beeswax, shea butter, and vitamin E. Rhino suggests working the conditioner into the glove leather by hand. Twist out some of the conditioner from the tube, rub it on the glove, then use your fingers or a brush to rub it into the leather. I tend to my glove while watching tv or relaxing, and find that by using my fingers I can get the conditioner into all of the nooks and crannies and between the fingers of the glove. And since the ingredients are all natural, it’s harmless to my skin; more likely beneficial, since I’m a leather product myself.Rhino markets several Glove Maintenance kits in which this product, the Glove Conditioner, is included. These kits include leather cleaners that Rhino suggests using prior to the application of the conditioner. Using a leather cleaner removes dirt and oxidization and provides a good start to reconditioning the leather. After cleaning the glove, the Glove Conditioner does just that, conditions, restoring pliability and rehydrating the leather, leaving it with a natural clean leather smell and looking richly moisturized.I’m sold on Rhino leather products. Their baseball glove maintenance products are the best I’ve used. Moreover, I appreciate that they are made from all natural ingredients, just like leather, and I am all for supporting an American small business. If you’ve never used their products, I would suggest checking out their entire line of glove maintenance merchandise and starting with one of their kits.

We are a big baseball family and our sons play the sport. There is always a need for wax to condition the gloves so I'm happy I found this product. It comes in a stick so it's very easy to use. It pushes up and can roll on. Now, the wax is really thick. It isn't soft so that you can rub it on to condition it. You have to use a bit of pressure to get the wax off and onto the glove. For the price, this is decent. Most wax products are very expensive. I feel we will use this a couple of times.

I used this Rhino wax on a couple of my bssebsll gloves that had stiffened a bit after not being used for a year. The wax was easy to apply, and following the instructions I massaged the wax into the gloves. Again., following the instructions, I massaged the gloves after letting them sit for 24 hours. The gloves did soften up, however, the wax left them somewhat tacky to the touch. I believe I will stay with neatsfoot oil.One other thing to note…I use a baseball to help shape the glove’s pocket by throwing the ball into the pocket over and over. The ball I used now has the same tacky feel that the glove does. I would guess if this happened in a game the Umpire might charge the pitcher with using a foreign substance on the baseball..
