Your cart is empty.Siemens offers a wide range of plug-in relays to meet your industrial needs. Basic style relays are the most economical and are equipped with a mechanical flag indicator only . Premium style relays are full featured with LED and mechanical flag indication, push to test button and typically a latching hold down door which provides a method of activating the contacts without applying power to the coil. This feature is very handy during comissioning and troubleshooting. Premium Bifurcated style relays are ideal for low minimum holding current requirements on the contacts. Typical minimum holding current for bifurcated contacts is 3mA instead of 100mA.

Using this Siemens 3TX7131-4CF13 relay on a log splitter in place of the power switch and so far works just fine. Split about 50 logs and no problems with the relay.

the first one i ordered in August 2020.The application: The relay is for the control a waterpump of a cistern. the pump has 700 watts and 2 lines with 110 V AC. The relay is switched by a foating switch inside the cistern. the voltage is 110 VAC.All runned well about 7 month. I heared a "buzzer" inside the relay and the contacts no more closed.I decided to switch my pump manual. In august 2021 i ordered a new one and tested this before install. It was defective. the same buzzer like the first one. a few weeks later i ordered the third one. i tested it and it was OK. 3 weeks later this relay failed too. the same "buzzer" like the others before and no contact. I am tired now. three times abot 25 dolares in the waste !!It seems the problem is the rectifier inside. the control voltage is 110V AC, but the coil needs 110 VDC.I think this rectifier is low dimensioned and forces this problems. The "buzzer" i heared seems to be because there is AC at the coil and not DC. And what can we do know? is there someone with the same experience ?

This is a solid relay - made injection molded plastic - one strong, solid piece. Unfortunately, I wasn't thinking and ordered NC instead of NO, so I didn't get a chance to test it, but I like the industrial quality of the casing and connectors. Mine is black, not grey.

Used to allow the 1 amp switched circuit in a preamp to control a 20 amp circuit to power a pair of high power monoblock power amps. Fit the bill perfectly.

Very nice quality and very reliable. I use 2 in an electric beer brewing set up. Not sure how long it'll last in terms of on/off cycles but it should hold up for a while.Follow up: after about 2 months of use I did have a coil fail in this relay. Not sure what happened, possibly my own fault. Just a heads up to anyone purchasing, you may want to have a back up on hand.
